The short version
This page lists the third-party subprocessors that GeniusBooks engages to process personal data on behalf of our customers. We update this list when subprocessors change and provide 30 days' advance notice.1. Overview
GeniusBooks (operated by Om369 LLC-FZ) uses the following subprocessors to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect personal data to standards no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum.
We will update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. You may subscribe to change notifications by emailing privacy@geniusbooks.ai.
2. Infrastructure & hosting

8. Change notification process
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and provide at least 30 days' notice before the new subprocessor begins processing personal data.
If you have a Data Processing Addendum with us and object to a new subprocessor, you may notify us in writing within 14 days of the change notification. We will work with you in good faith to address your concerns.
